Building #5: The Huey Gum Inn from Whiskey Gap 1920's we have started to restore back to its original function, it had been converted to a garage. The front wall was reconstructed from a picture of the original building. Doors, oak barrels, barn wood siding, windows, cabinets for kitchen area and misc. wood are included.
Building #6: Barn on 2.8 acres at the rear of property, fenced for livestock. 6 lots not subdivided. Cistern with septic field for water, water sterilizing system included.
